We supply the right trades people for the project, and ensure all our staff arrives in safety uniforms, tool kit, undertaken safety induction, as well as a team player attitude. 

Shutdowns

If your factory has short or long-term shut downs for major over hauls, Arrowtech can supply 24-hour labour force. We understand the time pressure and the high-demand situation your factory is facing, therefore Arrowtech provide the best trades people for the job with high experienced in large corporation shut downs, and the supreme work ethics to ensure we meet your factory schedule start-up.

Maintenace

Arrowtech’s trade people can either work under routine maintenance or repair maintenance. Under routine maintenance, we work on your prevent maintenance schedule operating on your checklist, inspections, greasing, and oil level check-ups.  We also work under repair maintenance that involves replacing worn or broken equipment/parts, or any other objects that needs to be repaired. 

Shift Coverage

If your staff is sick or on annual leave we take their place to cover any shifts. We are able to respond on same day call outs, and in most cases within an hour. Our trades’ people arrive on-site with the right standard of safety uniforms and tool kits. We assure our staff brings the best of knowledge and best of attitude to site. They carry a reputation working great under pressure, unsupervised, and a team player attitude working together with your staff. Arrowtech ensure all our staff have taken the safety induction or when first time on-site.
